Parts list suggestions/critics

I am currently assembling parts for my first new PC in 10 years. I've been using an I7 4770k since 2014 and a GTX 1070 since 2016 so its time I upgrade.
I am using PC Part Picker and have mostly decided on everything. I am now just looking for suggestions from those with more experience than myself.
Here is my list https://pcpartpicker.com/list/qxYm8Q
(I've already purchased the 9800X3D so you can ignore it. I Got it off Amazon for $480.)
Anything I'm missing or should change? Any parts I should exchange for something else?

Cooler: You can use a good AIR like the Peerless/Phantom, same performance, cheaper and much more reliable.
MB: can be cheaper while having the same performance but with less connectivity, there are solid B650 models @\~130$,
RAM: 2x16GB RAM would be enough for the vast majority of gaming needs. Get a kit with EXPO.
SSD: OK, good model, price seems right
GPU: depends on your monitor's resolution, the GRE is a good 1440p GPU, if your monitor is fast enough you could get faster GPU considering you have the fastest gaming CPU possible.
Case: if you like it, plenty options
PSU: ok, plenty options
With the savings you could get a faster GPU in your initial budget PCPartPicker Part List

PC Part Picker says there is an incompatibility issue with the Motherboard and CPU that would require updating the BIOS. How much trouble would that be? Is it possible to update the BIOS if the cpu isn't even compatible?

You need an USB key and to copy a file to that key (you download the file from the MB's site).
It's not complicated and most of the good MBs today have bios flashback which allows you to update it even without a cpu present. The Pro rs above has this feature.

Personnal preference, I like to not have all my eggs in the same basket, so i always have 2 SSD.
A small one for the OS and a bigger one for the games/softwares.
