I’m mechatronics engineer and I’m from Mexico

I have an offer for BMW factory (Debrecen) to work there but I’m not sure if it’s a good idea I know Hungary is safer than Mexico (narcos) but really I don’t know what to do

How much money I need it monthly to live well?? Do you recommend me move to Hungary??
