Nope, they buy you an easy 50 yards, 100 yards for a well trained shooter.
The modern USW type stocks manufactured by BT are pretty minimal, but they make a significant improvement with a third point of contact for most shooters.
That said, it is still a pistol and still a human operator. YMMV.

Looks overly complicated, I wonder what the accuracy improvement would they stock would have vs the simplified stock vs no stock.
