SFF Ryzen 9 Software Dev. PC
Posted by Reynhart@reddit | buildapc | View on Reddit | 5 comments
Hi,
I'm hoping to get some feedback on a small form factor (SFF) Ryzen 9 system I'm hoping to put together for work purposes. The GPU is inherited from an old gaming build I had some years past which I plan to repurpose for CUDA uses.
With that said, here are specific questions I have:
- It looks like the Lian Li Q58 might be pretty hard to source, is there another comparable case that isn't sold out which I should aim for instead?
- Are there any components where I would be better off saving a few bucks?
Thanks!

Which country are you buying your parts from and what is your budget?
Reynhart@reddit (OP)
Country is US and I'm hoping to keep things under $1000
Thanks!

If you're okay with a Mini ITX tower, here's a modified build for your reference. Otherwise, you can get a Cooler Master Masterbox NR 200, ditch one of the extra case fans, and switch the other extra case fan to a 120mm one. Problem is the special offers will expire in less than 24 hours after this comment is written and the price will shoot up to more than $1000 overall.
If you insist on the overall PC build being less than $1000, getting a Mini ITX tower seems to be the best option for you.
