Get a 5600 for $75 off AliExpress
YamLegitimate5192@reddit
Is this legit😯
DatBrownGuy@reddit
I got a 5700x3D for $140 a couple of weeks ago. Arrived in perfect condition in a plain clamshell. No issues at all so far with my PC!
Carol_ine2@reddit
I ordered it from AliExpress it works just fine, if you're getting used/older motherboard remember to update BIOS. Good luck with your build ❤️
selaht_2000@reddit
most of them are, just check the seller reviews.
They are cheaper because the do not come with the stock cooler and other china stuff...
Got my 3600x for just under 50 bucks the cheapest one on there.
It is a good idea to film opening it for any bent pins from shipping
DardS8Br@reddit
Yes
YamLegitimate5192@reddit
You bought your for there? What did you order
DardS8Br@reddit
A 5600

5600x
This build should work. It'll do 1080 max settings for most games at a high frame rate, and should be able to handle 1440p above 60fps on most games easily with FSR on

I would opt for one of the cheaper Thermalright coolers over the hyper 212. Assassin x, Burst Assassin, or Assassin King are all in the similar 20ish dollar range.
Alternatively dropping to the stock cooler and to 16gb of ram frees up about 50 bucks which might get you a bump up to a rx 6600xt which is 10-20% improvement from the rx6600.
PreparationOver2310@reddit
Oh yeah forgot that it comes a stock cooler, I just modified it

5600, msi b550m pro vdh wifi, rest on gpu
Burgergold@reddit
A Ryzen 5800x3d
McGundulf@reddit
You should get yourself a console. That's my advice

12400f
i_eat_chemicals902@reddit
I’ll throw in $100 so you can buy an H for Christmas
VersaceUpholstery@reddit
5800x is not that much better than a 5600 in terms of gaming to warrant the extra cost and how much harder it will be to cool.
Go to r/buildapcforme and the pinned post should have a $600 build. It might actually have a 5500 or a 12100f, and will probably instruct you to place most of your budget into the best GPU you can get.
You may also find a 5600 for cheaper off something like Ali express. If you can fit the 5600 into the budget it’s def worth it over a 5500
PRADAGOD7@reddit
Agreed. If you were going yo be anything else still on AM4 and didn't have a budget, it would be the x3D
PRADAGOD7@reddit
Otherwise, 5600 is plenty and the better GPU is much better suited.
IFeelRight@reddit
I would try to budget for a ryzen 7000 prossesser, ddr5 and an AM5 board
PikaNinja25@reddit

you can get something like this for around $600
UnseenZeldris@reddit
5600
r-bsky@reddit
agreed with UZ!

5700x3d is like $130 on AliExpress with free shipping
BUT it will take a very long time to arrive, in my experience it's about 2 weeks to a month, and it can vary depending on where you live.
Long-Patient604@reddit
R5 5600.
Prestigious-Hour-215@reddit
Is 600 for the whole pc? If so, buy all parts used, you’ll save a ton of money as 600 is a low amount for a pc
Prestigious-Hour-215@reddit
I could probably give you a 3070ti I used for like 300 too, if ur interested, used condition
Luckyirishdevil@reddit
So, just food for thought. I just didn't this. I happened to find an old AM5 system someone was selling for $80. 1700x 8 core , x370 board, GTX 1060, 650w psu, big case. Sold what I couldn't use to break even. Then I threw in a 6800xt and a 5700x3d. It's a killer little rig. I hope you can find the same

Ryzen 5600 will be more than enough for any card that you pair it with in this budget.
Traditional-Volume51@reddit
Definitely the 5600 , also try to get if off AliExpress for like 55$
You can take a look at this list under 600$
jhaluska@reddit
5600 is perfect for a tight budget. They really aren't that far apart in games. Only reason you'd go with the 5700x/5800x is if you plan to do mostly production work and don't game much.
Hairy-Dare6686@reddit
5600 but I would buy a used motherboard + CPU + RAM bundle to leave enough room in the budget for a decent GPU.
elconsultador@reddit
This is good
VictorConrad95@reddit
Good luck
Naerven@reddit
With a $600 budget you get the r5-5600.
ATTAFWRD@reddit
5600 + best GPU u can get within the budget.
Patatostrike@reddit
5600 and put the rest of the budget into a better GPU.
