Smith and Wesson Model 39 work-in-progress frame. Despite being at 5% infill for the fitment test, it's surprisingly strong. I have no doubts this will be a solid frame once i am done with designing!

Yes! I have an FEG based off that, this is about as far as I could get since I just couldn't nail down the cross bolt for the barrel. I think it has most of the same fire control group

If you have pictures maybe I could help!

http://www.hungariae.com/FegP9R.htm Looks like it's a hi power slide on a SW 59 frame not 39. But close

From my research it looks like that model resembles both, but has little to no interchangable parts between the two apparently.

Beautiful choice, 39 is classic! I'll snag one early 👀 maybe get in testing if it will be open!

Considering the 59 is (assuming) a scaled up 39, i think a 59 should be doable.

Yes! It's a beautiful idea! Maybe one day remix the compact and subcompact compact frames 💪
These old S&W guns are such gems.

They are really nice looking! If I can get parts kits for the compacts, maybe one day...
