Only thing I am opposed to his government is his foreign policy.

Him so adamantly supporting Israel has no libertarian basis. From its inception by terrorist organisations, that state is systematically depopulating Palestenian lands by force and stealing peoples properties, including their lives. Now they are on a new level and actively engaged in genocide. I mean, they are the definition of tyranny that libertarians should be opposed of.

Maybe he is doing this because he wants to nurture relations with U.S. Because they owe so much in USD. But it is discusting seeing him licking the balls of Netenyahu.

And his stance to China, saying that he would not trade with communists was bizarre. He should open up all trade options for people if he calls himself libertarian. The state has no buisiness telling people who can trade with who. Now he backed off of this position, which is good.

He could have taken a more neutral stance in foreign relations. Promoting free trade, and not engaging in internal affairs of states. That would be x100 better.

I agree with you. Javier Milei is great and I'd much rather have him there than any of the alternatives. But just because he's "our guy" doesn't mean we need to downplay or deny where he falls short, that kind of mentality is what leads to the collectivist uniparty mindset.

Noone should be "our guy". We should not judge politics on an emotional/personal level. We should remain rational about it and promote libertarian principles. Yes he has done some exceptional things. And we should give credit, where credit is due. But we should not behave like that Trumpist cult, just because we like most/all of his policies. He is a politician and a human in the end. So we should remain skeptical of him and everyone else.

70 years ago Gaza wads about 2/3rds Arab Muslim, today it is 99% Arab Muslim. It's the Arab Muslims that systemically gotten rid of their Jews, their Christians, and their African Muslims.

He is actually making deals with China because previous government borrowed money from that country. He asked for a re-finance or extension on payment schedule.

He no longer push anti-China rethoric. He cannot afford to do it.

I agree he is too much pro-Israel and even pro-Ukraine.

I also don't like his flirting with Trump.

What happens is that Milei had to made an alliance with Argentinian Right so you see Milei government and even him sometimes with a strong pro "law and order"/security rethoric and actions.

Before Milei, they could always dismiss libertarianism as unrealistic in a modern world.

Milei succeeding is so important for the movement.

It not only proves it can work in a modern world, but that economic policy does matter if executed properly. Not some neo marxists economic bullshit. The real economics.
