Platform is good but company is crap.
Due to Apple stupid design decission, cut corners, anti right to repair for me it's like looking on sport electric car.
Nice, but when I do consider battery replacement is 50% of machine cost and one dead controller and lack of support in my region means I do need to wait 2-3 months for one part or hear to buy whole new car because it would be cheaper... its the same vibe for me...
Looking forward when more manufacturers would go for nice efficient machines, with very nice power and low cost, but without this bullsitiery all around it like like lack of expansions/upgrades post purchase and treating end user like glue-eating kid
For sure looking forward and I would consider getting M5/M6 if they will give possibility to use standarized memory/storage in case of failure or upgrade.

Thanks for sharing. The M4 is a beast. I for one love how cheap the memory and storage upgrades are.

The M4 is fast, but the threadripper is on a whole 'nother level.
