Asus TUF Gaming B650-Plus - will an arctic freezer ii AIO fit?

I've read a few comments that this motherboard has huge heat sinks that make some coolers not physically fit - despite matching the socket.
Has anyone paired these two together? Did the cooler fit in offset mode?

I just built a PC Corsair icue 5000 RGB case, with tuff gaming b650 plus and icue h150i elite (same dimensions as arctic freezer ii), it fit just fine. Could be space issues with cases also, possibly the reason it didn't fit for those people's comments you saw.

They were mentioning clearance on the heat sinks quite specifically, but different coolers 🤔
Getting a meshify 2 case so space should be ok. Should. 😬

Hey I know it's been a while but did you get this mobo with the liquid freezer 2 in the end? I'm about to pull the trigger on the Asus mobo but not sure if the AIO socket is gonna fit.

Went for the Gigabyte B650 AORUS ELITE AX with the pureloop2 360 in a Fractal North Meshify case

Thanks for the response. Have you run into any issues with that mobo?Â

Got the Asus B650e-i with the cooler master liquid atmos 240 in the end. In the Lian Li A4. Fits!
