That's not really what this "article" is about. If you read past the first paragraph you'll see it's about Germany and their "plan" for WWIII. Not about Sweden's manual that they recently updated for the first time in 6 years. Something they've been doing since 1943 and with regular updates.

Absolutely not the best source.

I’d imagine they are preparing for a conflict without the United States involved. Which isn’t necessarily a bad idea to have as a back up plan. Just like how we have plans to attack Canada. Except Canada isn’t launching a direct war with Mexico
