DDR5 Ram - Two slots are better than four??

Hey all --
I'm on the final piece of the upgrade, and that's DDR5 Ram.
Through some early research from what appears to be a reputable source in https://www.youtube.com/c/actuallyhardcoreoverclocking (Specifically somewhere in this video, he says that with DDR5, Two DIMMs > Four.
I wanted to confirm if this is agreed upon (Preferably if you have other sources to do so instead of anecdotal, that's appreciated), and if we know of any manufactured RAM models that might support "Dummy" DIMMs so that I don't stare into the abyss of two empty RAM slots in my MOBO for a build I'm trying to look as nice as possible.
Thanks in advance

That guy is the most reliable source in mainstream media.

Great to know he's got some backing!

Here. Read. TLDR unless you have a server CPU and motherboard, using 4 ram sticks will just introduce more latency. Would only advice 4 sticks if you need more capacity beyond 2 sticks can provide.

A little light reading before I go to bed lol, definitely will check it out. Thanks!
