data is 100% lawful good. he's probably the most purely good character in the show. picard definitely by the end of the series is neutral good. measure of a man shows that he places his own sense of right and wrong above federation law. lawful good characters also don't lie or deceive. picard does in episodes like gambit and starship mine. and according to the drumhead he's broken the prime directive 9 times although to be honest I've never gone and verified it.
