sad to see … and morbid to say … but I’d love to see a whale up close. I’m lucky to have seen a couple hundred from a boat but never that close. RIP to that whale

Yea! I’ve seen them from a boat too. This was sad but so fascinating to see so close. They took some blubber for the necropsy so we will find out in a few months what happened to the whale
