Some things my team has done and enjoyed:
-we did a virtual paint class from Painting To Gogh which was relaxing
-we had an informal Meet My Pet session where we hung out on Zoom and everyone introduced their furry friends (extra fun because in the past we have seen brief glimpses of them during meetings)
-we beta tested a virtual escape game called Escape From The Meeting which was honestly hilarious. Felt like The Office with some clue-solving.
-also had fun doing some of the games with Jackbox party games
-not sure if they still offer this, but we once did a virtual escape experience with the Great Gotham Challenge which was next level. They mailed everyone a kit with physical items to solve the puzzles which was really cool.
-we did a few team movie sessions where snacks were covered and everyone watched a movie online at the same time. The chat was open so people could add their commentary and chit chat about what was happening.

I’m currently working on Walksta. It’s a step challenge web app where you can invite friends and compete with them based on the steps you take! Walksta

We do virtual game nights, coffee chats, and fun challenge contests. Simple activities like sharing memes or team trivia also help us bond.
