How to fully uninstall and reinstall MS Edge?

I have an after hours team that uses a cloud hosted third party solution to push application updates across our enterprise, this past week they pushed updates for Chrome and Edge (as they have done before) - but with one little twist.
Some cloud hosted sites, staff can no longer copy and paste data from or to the data fields, my assumption is that they were using a corrupted installer somehow.
Chrome I was able to resolve by simply uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version (a reinstall over the top of itself did not work), but Edge.... nothing seems to remove it, and installing over the top of itself does nothing.
I even deleted my profile from one of my test boxes - issue persists in Edge.
We are on the latest version of Edge as of November 15th - 131.0.2903.51.
Other than waiting for the new version.... any suggestions?

That doesn't seem to work for me. And if I modify registry to allow 'uninstall' option in programs and features it fails.
There was a problem with this Windows installer package.
Any thoughts? Need to roll back from 130x to 127x

You can do it with group policy for everyone or local group policy on the machine.
