This will be extremely different person-to-person. Every eyeball and astigmatism has their unique characteristics.

I strongly recommend finding a LGS that carries a variety of red dots, and asking to test a handful. I have an astigmatism, and I use the 507 Comp and it’s fantastic. Only 1 of the 8 reticles gives me an issue, and it’s one I wouldn’t use anyways.

As far as your astigmatism thats a crap shoot. It used to be somewhat safe to say stay away from a green dot. However I am hearing more people say they see the green better than the red with that vision issue. Do you know what your current CZ75 is milled for?

Not milled at the moment but I have seen people go to Cajun or similar places to get milled. Just asking for some more recent input on a good optic in this thread.

Ok that makes sense. Since it is not currently milled you have the luxury of choosing whatever and getting the slide milled to what you want. Do you have an idea of the dot type you prefer? single dot, circle dot, or something you can change up...Also do you want an open or closed emitter

So far only the circle dot on my red 507 comp has been crisp and clean for me. I have starbursting with my green eps carry and 507k Vulcan, alongside streaking on my red 403r. You should try optics out at ur lgs, as astigmatism varies per individual. I didn't realize the extent of my astigmatism until I used the circle dot tbh.
