There's also other sauces they may have not listed on there. I know my local McDonald's carries the Hot Mustard as well. It was one of the original dipping sauces for nugs, but now it's up to the franchise location and might only be in certain regions as well.

McDonald's has had ranch since I was a child, and I'm almost 40. There's no reason to not know this with everything being app and kiosk based nowadays. It's right there in the "select sauces" menu when you add mcnuggets.
