Worrisome if it comes true.
snotick@reddit
We should start a go fund me and send 100000 body bags to Russia.
odndodnxn@reddit
I could see Russia doing one final big offensive to take as much land as possible before Trumps proposed peace deals, this looks bad for Ukraine
Enzo-Unversed@reddit
Putin isn't accepting that peace deal.
dgradius@reddit
Why not? 10 year commitment not to join NATO and keep all the land they’ve taken, including Crimea, plus an end to the sanctions?
If you’re Putin, what’s not to like?
4mygirljs@reddit
Jesus he basically just gives him everything with zero consequence for his aggression.
boozefiend3000@reddit
Ya, if this is the actual plan then fuck trump so much. 21st century Neville chamberlain
popthestacks@reddit
Ukraine would need to agree to this. I don’t think they will.
boozefiend3000@reddit
Ya, but then he’ll just cut off aid. Hardware, intelligence. They’re fucked after that
popthestacks@reddit
That’s happening regardless
gold_cajones@reddit
The consequence was tens of thousands of dead Russians, peace deals are called "diplomacy" which is opposite of war escalation. Or do you want more war for a foreign country that has no bearing on US prosperity?
dadbod_Azerajin@reddit
Need to stand up to the bullies attacking people working to better their relationship with you
What when China invades Taiwan we will just let them have it for an end to fighting too? Why not give russia Alaska so they don't invade? Can they have eastern Europe? Promise no bombs If you just capitulate
Show your belly america
ninernetneepneep@reddit
Or we could just stop electing weak leadership that allows this s*** to happen to begin with.
dadbod_Azerajin@reddit
Well 4 more years of ass kissing russia here we come
gold_cajones@reddit
We get stuff from Taiwan. We get nothing from Ukraine that warrants even half the support we've given them. Many lives would've been spared if Ukraine made a deal after the initial invasion, they had nothing to bargain with other than lives and donated equipment
dadbod_Azerajin@reddit
2m short of a billion dollars worth of exports to the us in 2022 when it could still be easily accounted for.
Just to the us alone, not the world or Europe
They have alot of shit. You just can't see past your nose, use google or think
gold_cajones@reddit
1 billion dollars... is nothing. Especially compared to the hundreds of billions we've given to support the war, fiscally, in equipment, and labor hours tied to ops, training, intelligence etc. Do you need to use Google to understand the wrong end of a bad deal?
dadbod_Azerajin@reddit
You do know, the stuff we send them is already built and being paid for to store and maintaine? So a net loss, the company and worker has already been paid and taxed for its production, and will now be paid and taxed to produce a better version?
Its like arguing with my 8 year old son
The 30 Abraham tanks we sent them are not hot off the line brand new versions. But old models we have no use for besides sending to allies
When you hear "500b aid package" it's the cost of the products being sent, not air dropping pallets of cash
It's cheaper for us to get rid of this old stuff and better to have stores of better upgraded arms
gold_cajones@reddit
It is like arguing with an 8 year old- it costs money to replace all the old stuff... with new stuff. Nothing is free. And yea we did send them pallets of "cash" to pay their soldiers, which just ended up in the back of vehicles of corrupt politicians. We don't do maintenance on stored stuff except when we pull it out to use it after years. It's greased and basically vacuum packed. We don't have the industry to replace the arms and ammo we've sent then so the govt to reallocate funds to prop up the war machine since we're not fighting the desert folk anymore with small arms. Tell me you know way less than you think you do, without actually saying so
dadbod_Azerajin@reddit

gold_cajones@reddit
Yea thats what I said. Congrats lol after storage it costs nothing- and when we ship it overseas it needs to be unpacked, which Ukrainians can't do either because they lack the logistics or the knowhow. We pay that in labor and tools. You've added nothing here. I used to pack stuff for storage in the military lol I know intimately how this works.
Subli-minal@reddit
The Donbas has some of the richest gas reserves in the world. This is an oil war plain and simple.
daviddjg0033@reddit
Ukraine, the largest country in Europe, feeds 800M, more than half of the entire Russian pre-war 1200M. This is not just bad policy it's dangerous.
NumbEngineer@reddit
People don't get that russia is fucked for the next century population wise. They will never be a conventional threat in our lifetime only thing left they have against the modern west is its nuclear stockpile.
gold_cajones@reddit
My brother that's the only threat anymore, aside from cyber warfare.
FlapMyCheeksToFly@reddit
This is patently false
gold_cajones@reddit
Go on...
FlapMyCheeksToFly@reddit
You're the one making a claim here. Do you have any reasoning to back it up?
gold_cajones@reddit
Uh yea as if right now we've Sunk 200 billion into Ukraine for exactly... nothing in return. Pretty big money pit. Garbage response btw, "patently false" - instantly redirects when confronted. Weak.
FlapMyCheeksToFly@reddit
We maintain European and our security, and this money was spent on our weapons, or donated old weapons that would expire soon if not used.
Also counters Russia, and China directly, and discourages China from invading Taiwan. Priceless.
gold_cajones@reddit
It's doing nothing for China who's still actively building their military to literally take on the US, Ukraine is not a nato ally so that point falls flat, if not then Europe was acting against its own self interest buying Russian fuels and funding their largest threat, you literally know nothing about the weapons and vehicles we sent them as they do not "expire", require extension training to operate and maintain, and significant cost to get out of storage and prep for combat.
4mygirljs@reddit
And how many dead Ukraine? How much land and industry lost?
All of or what?
For Russian aggression? Unprovoked, unnecessary Russian aggression going against their own peace agreements in the past.
The only person that defines that as successful diplomacy is Neville chamberlain.
canvanman69@reddit
Recently watched a film drama/documentary called Munich The Edge of War where they attempted to ingratiate Chamberlain as a clever politician trying to show the world Hitler was untrustworthy and liar.
What a crock of shit.
Ecstatic_Bee6067@reddit
Nope, can't reward aggressors, or you'll just have more dead next time.
No_Extent207@reddit
It’s not a reward though it’s a compromise made through negotiation. If you want a lasting peace you’ll need to work with the Russians. Otherwise you’re just working against yourself because lack of diplomatic relations is what brought us to this point.
Ecstatic_Bee6067@reddit
Hardly.
Only way lasting peace can be achieved is by decapitation strikes against war mongering dictators
No_Extent207@reddit
That sort of attitude make you the war monger. We live in a reality where peace is made exclusively with your enemies. If the only asset you have in your diplomatic toolbox is aggression then how are you any different than war hawks in Washington or Moscow?
Ecstatic_Bee6067@reddit
Look, you gotta make peace with me. Be diplomatic. I'm gonna take half your shit, rape your sister, and kill your dad.
Just make peace.
No_Extent207@reddit
Well yeah that’s the general idea. Whatever the outcome of the peace negotiations it won’t bring back any of the dead or remove the trauma of war. It will however help to prevent such violence from continuing to spread and escalate.
Ecstatic_Bee6067@reddit
How? You just rewarded the person for killing? Why wouldn't they just do it again in 10 years, since the consequence of attack is appeasement?
No_Extent207@reddit
You’re right that if there are no consequences then recidivism appears likely. Solution: prioritize the improvement of economic and diplomatic relations so that the consequences for breaking peace become unfavorable.
Ecstatic_Bee6067@reddit
Tried that with Rules based international order and sanctions. Turns out. Companies will just violate sanctions because money.
Not sure why you put the value of one life above the thousand dying every day. Just kill the fucker who ordered this. Terminate his entire genetic lineage first of you really want peace.
No_Extent207@reddit
What would be the consequences of a direct strike on Putin? Maybe he’s anticipated this move and made plans guarding against that possibly.
Either-Wallaby-3755@reddit
Seriously. Great chance to reconstitute forces for five years and then break the agreement.
TikonovGuard@reddit
Because he goal is to reestablish the old Soviet defenses regions (Carpathians, Oder or Vistula). He won’t stop until he had the baltic states, Poland, and Moldova in addition to all of Ukraine.
Corrupted_G_nome@reddit
They have legally annexed 4 provinces (oblasts) including the DPR and the LPR who represent the rebel nations that began this war.
Putin will not cede territory while they are advanving.
earthspaceman@reddit
He wants to be Putin The Great. Only full victory is ok. Otherwise, he will be a history clown.
Peebody50@reddit
Even Putin would rather sit tight for 4 years than deal with unpredictable lunacy.
qualmton@reddit
You dont think he controls trump?
Peebody50@reddit
Oh fuck I forgot Reddit is retarded, my bad…
J-E-S-S-E-@reddit
Russia can take over the entire country and push them all out using NK troops. Especially if they’re lobbing ATCAMS into Russia.
Specialist-Way-648@reddit
They aint taking shit lol.
ballskindrapes@reddit
Lol, trump is putin's bitch, he isn't going to help Ukraine.
He literally tried to blackmail Ukraine, remember?
He also said he trusted putin more than the US's intelligence agencies....you know, the literalbest in the world....
Yeah, trump is going to cut aid to Ukraine for sure, and leave them high and dry.
FATGAMY@reddit
Funny how all yappers cried about “sovereign country” now waiting for Donald’s decision. Its really some post-modern humor.
Green-Collection-968@reddit
What peace deal?
tastemycookies@reddit
Putin will use KPA troops as a human shield, he knows Kim Jong doesn’t care. Humans lives are fully expendable to these people.
Ok_Angle94@reddit
100k troops dead, military stocks depleted... dkes NK want South Korea to invade or something?
Corrupted_G_nome@reddit
NK has over 1M active troops and over 20M reservists.
North Koreans have mandatory military service and can easily be remobilized.
Ok_Angle94@reddit
I hear the 100,000 NK is sending is one of their most experienced troops. So NK is already losing their best troops. Also, what good are troops numbers if they don't have any munitions to fight with because it's been all sent over to Russia?
Corrupted_G_nome@reddit
Theyre doing the same as the US and sending stuff that had been out of production for decades.
Great example being 105mm shells. NK has no need for them and Russia has old soviet cannons they fit.
NK says the majority of their army are super highly trained and IDK. They are all probably very green.
Those with experience that return are the main plus for NK. Real world combat experience will benefit them more than 100 years of drills in isolation.
qualmton@reddit
They have a treaty with Putin now s Korea can not invade without a cascading war
Ok_Angle94@reddit
What is Russia going to do tho, short of using nukes? They're desperate enough to ask NK to help them in Ukraine, they are in no position to help in the Korean peninsula whatsoever.
EstimateWilling7263@reddit
And China is just going to sit and wait???
China would commit millions of men in that fantasy scenario (because SK would nevet attack NK) like they did in the first war and they would easily take the Korean peninsula.
Control of the seas and Japan and Taiwan is unlikely due to US involvement, but SK would fall quickly.
You are delusional if you think there is any scenario where SK attacks NK without full Chinese involvment.
IsItAnyWander@reddit
You're wasting your breath, these people are in full on propaganda driven delusions.
phovos@reddit
Yea I might be done with this particular community, this is a shockingly retarded thread.
qualmton@reddit
It’s not what Russia is going to do that we should be asking we know what Russia is going to do the treaty with Korea is more of a mid game move to increase further pressure. They are laying additional landlines and digging in.
Poison-Ivy-666@reddit
If Putin gets handed this deal and/or wins Ukraine it’s very bad for the rest of Europe, particularly parts that were formerly in the USSR. He’ll never stop and has already said he wants Poland back. Finland are preparing for war and have been since the invasion of Ukraine began. And whenever seriously big shit kicks off in Eastern Europe the US eventually gets dragged into it. Shame that fuckwit doesn’t know his history. By appeasing Russia he actually brings us all closer to a massive scale global war.
OhmyMary@reddit
Drop a billboard of Abella danger in the middle of Kursk they’ll switch sides immediately
DisastrousHawk835@reddit
We should deploy a squad of our hottest adult film actresses over there and have them seduce all the NK troops to join our side.
Sad_Following4035@reddit
more meat for the war machine.
Able_Software6066@reddit
I wonder just how effective North Korean troops will be in the Ukrainian war. Between language barriers, poor health from malnutrition and lack of combat experience, they may be more of a hindrance than help. A sudden unrestricted access to internet porn won't help either. Defecting North Korean soldiers and POWs may be an embarrassment for Kim Jung Un.
emseewagz@reddit
Onezerozerozerozerozero troops

Ukraine just gotta give those troops some porn

Hate home or love him I hope trump stops this war immediately. Pray for peace because this is evolving fast now. I’m surprised Ukrainians held the Russians to where they are at for so long. One stupid move by either side ignites ww3 fast. Poland has been on high alert since this started. Belarus doesn’t know what to do besides back Putin without military intervention nato has 1/2 their forces stationed literally next to Poland/ukraine. Money weapons and intelligence officers from nato are currently inside Ukraine. Total shit show.
C-ute-Thulu@reddit
"Stops this war immediately" = appeasement
oh-bee@reddit
Stops the war how?
