Digital Ocean users, do you prefer configuring your firewall inside your droplet server, or with Digital Ocean's GUI Firewall option?

I'm trying to configure my firewall and I'm just wondering what everybody else likes to do.

hey I know this is 6 years old but
in digitalocean in the networking tab, it has firewall. do I need to create additional firewall rules there or repeat the firewall rules set in my vm or no need? Cause my thinking was exactly what you said
