I was double checking, this is the work of one Horatio Phillips, who also built a 200 wing plane. As I understand it, the latter flew somewhat further than the Wright flyer. Another that gets confused is a multiplane that collapsed on camera. That one seems to have been an attempt at man powered flight; don't know who made it but different guy.
