How can I tell which way my fans are blowing?

I installed a new fan in my computer case (NZXT Phantom) and I just realized something. I can't tell which direction my fans are blowing. How can I check this? Also, what is a good plan for airflow?

I'm a bit late, I know. But I had the same issue and I didn't have arrows telling me the way.
My solution: use a small piece of thin toilet paper and hold it close (BUT NOT SO IT WOULD GET SUCKED IN. VERY IMPORTANT!) If it floats away from the fan, that's the exhaust. If it gets sucked in, that's the intake.

My fans are ass. Cheap ebay ones and my pc always get hot. No arrows on them. Honestly hard to tell which why is blowing or sucking since the air movement is minimal and I can barely feel anything. I literally lick my finger put it right in front on the fan and I can't feel much either side. I'm getting new fans and a new Case. Shoulda never bought anything from ebay
