Samsung Smart Monitor M7, is this monitor the closest you can get to true blacks that isn't OLED?

I have read that the M7 has true deep blacks, almost like an OLED which would be perfect for me as I enjoy watching a lot of videos. Is this the closet monitor on the market that can closely resemble the OLED experience and its true blacks? I tend to only play text-based or FMV games therefore I don't mind not having a high refresh rate and VRR. Furthermore, the text clarity is meant to be really sharp on the M7 so long sessions (reading) for my eyes should be less fatiguing compared to OLED.
