Can you please give opinions on whether I should buy the XFX Speedster MERC310 rx 7900xt Ultra (£613 and what I want), powercooler red devil rx 7900 GRE (£550) or the saphire nitro plus rx 7800xt (£480), and if i should upgrade to an am5 ddr5 board?

I'm trying to upgrade my PC and am based in the UK, and am currently unsure of what GPU to choose between for my use case. Can anyone please tell me the pro's and cons of each option, and which one seems more worth while for the long term (I don't plan on upgrading for a long time after this). My use case is 3d modelling, simulations and game development, as well as normal gaming. I have an ROG Strix b450, ryzen5 3600x, rx 5600xt and 16 gb of ddr4 cl16 RAM, as well as a 650 watt bronze rated PSU. I plan on switching out the RAM for a "TEAMGROUP Vulcan Z 32GB (2x16GB) 3200MT/s DDR4 Memory Kit" for £54, as well as switching out the CPU for an r7 5700x3d, but am unsure if at this point I should just only buy the GPU and upgrade the rest of my parts later down the line. I have an extra savings (for literally everything recreational of £1100 and am wondering if what I want to do is worthwhile

I'm currently leaning towards the XFX 7900xt (from amazon). However I only have a 650 watt PSU, and am wondering if it, and possibly also the red devil 7900 GRE would push me to need to upgrade my PSU or if I can barely get away with it until I have more money to spend on a new PSU (which may take me some time to get but I can try to undervolt the card at least for now). I am also not sure how warranties work with amazon as I couldn't see from the description, but the sapphire has a listed warranty of 3 years from over clockers. This may sounds silly but I also like this 7900xt model as it should work with my very custom made cable extensions, which i would have to buy a new set of due to the extra 8 pin power connector in other 7900xs meaning I would have to buy a new uglier set

I can't find any detailed videos on the red devil 7900 GRE or XFX speedster MERC310 Ultra anywhere for some reason, so if anyone could give me a breakdown of everything (possibly including fan noise and coil whine), then that would a big help. Please also tell me if there are better alternatives than both of these, keeping in mind I would likely have to upgrade other parts of my Thanks for reading this if you've gotten this far, and make sure to have a good day.

The 20 GB of Vram should definitely ensure longevity of the use case of this card, especially considering its power, but this stretches my budget a bit. However, I've heard the performance of the card is meant to have quite good gains compared to the other cards I have mentioned. I currently think that this is my best option to avoid regret in the future (if needed I can upgrade the power supply later down the road) but am in need of a second opinion (or more) to make sure I am making the right choice (and also not to fry my PC if the 650W PSU isn't enough.

However, a big question of mine is is it worth it for me to stay on the AM4 platform at this point or only get the GPU now and save up for basically an entirely new mobo, CPU, Ram and etc, and if so, how badly will my ryzen 5 3600x throttle the GPU for the mean time. So please can you give me advice on what to do for my PC, and if my currently planned build is a good system or if there are better alternatives. Thank you for reading this far if you are still there, and make sure to have a good day ( :
