Fresh senior software engineer looking for a mentor - how can I find one?

I'm a senior SWE with 3 years of experience - and was able to get here so fast only because I was lucky to get a few amazing mentors in my first 2 years. One formal mentor from organisation that helped me retrain as a developer, then my first line manager and a tech lead I worked closely with. Probably even slightly more experienced QA on one project. Yeah, I was lucky to be surrounded by the right people.
But since I accepted my current role - which seemed like a great opportunity - all of that went through the window. My current line manager is trying, but isn't the best and my colleagues on the project don't seem to like me very much. As a result my mental health suffers and I question my skills. Having certain background/diversity doesn't help.
I've tried Google, but all schemes are for young people and I recently crossed 30. I signed up for something that might just be a scam. Hence my question: how do I find a mentor? I'm in the UK if that matters.
