Screen setup overkill?

Im going to be running high end gear in 2k res, middle screen is going to be 144 hz ans the 2 side onws 60, i am going to setup 3 hydraulic wall mounts for screens and wondering if any may consider it overkill, to allow screen acomodation on the fly depending on whats being done, gaming, 3d modeling, streaming
Almost like a modular setup for the most part
Probably a 27 middle screen and 2 25 side ones

You're not going to like the two 60hz screens compared to the 144hz, especially if you're doing work across all 3. The 60s will feel jittery and slow responding in comparison. I would highly recommend getting all the same refresh rate and resolution, unless you only use one of them for watching video or displaying mostly static programs or images.
Even having different monitors that are not identically calibrated with varying brightness, colors and contrast is very annoying IMO.
As far as the hydraulic arms, good ones that do what you want and are stable enough to not bounce with the slightest movement will be very expensive. You'd probably be better off allocating the money towards 3 identical higher quality monitors and just keeping them lined up next to each other on a big desk, or going with a pole type system and short fixed arms instead such as: https://www.amazon.com/Stand-Steady-Freestanding-Adjustable-Articulation/dp/B078WHMG4X or similar.

Adding that all the hydraulic mounts are from the wall, any desk vibrations will not affect it

For the record, the off screens are not doing any fps demanding tasks, mainly for display support when working on other tasks, about the mounting itself i am forced to have floating screens as i want to free up desk space for better comfort, plus ergonomically it is going to be horrible having screens with base at desk level,
Also need to add depending on the task i will rotate side screens to better fit the needed layout, sometimes a screen above main etc etc, may even end up getting all the same size just incase

If it fits your needs go for it. We all have different preferences.
