I am putting together new system for 9800x3d. Evening is installed and wanted to check if fans would spin up or RGB would work. With power plugged in nothing light up except motherboard RGB lights ups up. I would assume fans would spin for at least a second and RGB would come on, but nothing. …

Wondering if something is DOA or i need to wait for CPU to test it.
