Ideal GPU for Ryzen 5 5600x

Hi all,
I currently have a Ryzen 5 5600x and an AMD Radeon RX 6600. What would be the best possible GPU upgrade that I could go for that wouldn't be bottlenecked by my current CPU? I've done a bit of research but there's a plethora of different answers so I'd like to get the perspective from people here.
At this time it's just the GPU I would like to upgrade as I've not had any issues with CPU performance whatsoever. But, I have noticed my GPU lacking especially with newer high end games. Alternatively, if I do get a GPU that would be slightly bottlenecked (maybe for when I do decide to upgrade my CPU), would the recommendation be that much different?
Thanks in advance!

Your budget determines what GPU you can afford. RTX 4080 Super is about $1k.

Thanks for the response. The budget I'm not too worried about, It's just that I bought the CPU not too long ago and selling it second hand isn't an easy option for me at the moment so I thought I'd just stick with it for a while longer and improve the immediate issue i'm having
