ULPT request: Assuming I've broken RSA encryption completely, what could I actually do?

Assuming you found a loophole in the best encryption there is, could you actually abuse it in someway? I could still not get into places where a password is required or 2fa right?

... what do you mean could you actually abuse it? Yes, you could steal passwords, credit card details, all sorts of confidential data. Anything that is being sent over an RSA encrypted channel, you could read and modify. You would also be able to sign fake certificates so you can pretend to be whoever you want and have it look legit.
RSA isn't the best encryption known. Elliptic curve cryptography is more secure, for the same key length, than RSA. But RSA is still a widely used encryption algorithm and you could do a lot of damage if you could break it.

If you’re planning on trying to break RSA encryption, don’t worry, you’ll learn about all the things you’d get access to long before you crack anything
