Need Help with my clips

I have a ryzen 7 5800x3d, my GPU Is RX 5600 XT. I mainly play fortnite and valorant. Whenever I try to use my AMD software or really any other software to clip something, the clip is always very bad quality and super laggy. Even when i change the bit rate and try going to another resolution, it still lags. I can’t find any information on youtube or anywhere else online that has helped me. Could this be a problem with my memory? I have 32gb of ram 3600MHz. I have the best internet in my area getting 1000 download and 25 upload. Any input helps, Thanks
