Hello car guys! Any idea what this noise is??

I have a 2002 Acura TL 3.2L. As of the other day, the car has been hesitating and jolting a bit when it is idled or running in park. It sort of makes a clanging noise underneath the vehicle. When I’m driving it’s generally fine, but if I stop at a light or park and leave the car idling it starts jumping and making the noise.

I looked online and it seems like it could be a few things including worn spark plugs, dirty fuel injectors, air filters, transmission, or a vacuum leak. Obviously each of these issues differ in severity and my ability to fix it on my own.

I changed the fuel system last year and just recently got a new ignition, timing belt, water pump, and 02 sensor.

I’m nervous that it could be the timing belt, as I just got mine replaced last December and had to get it replaced again in august because the other mechanic didn’t do it correctly.

Any insight would be helpful! I have a video but I can’t post it on here so if you need a better idea please let me know. Thanks so much!
