Error code 53 and 54 when trying to install Windows

CPU: 7800x3d
Motherboard: MSI MPG X870E Carbon
GPU: RX 6400 (placeholder)
RAM: G.SKILL Trident Z5 2x 32GB
PSU: BeQuiet Dark Power 13 850W
I can boot into the bios with no issues whatsoever, no error codes, everything is detected properly.
The moment I plug an USB with a Windows install (W10 LTSC via Rufus) in, my Motherboard cycles between error code 53 and 54. My PC will boot past the Bios and go into a black screen with the rotating circles loading symbol forever.
What I've tried so far:
Bios flashed to newest version
CMOS battery reset
Swapping around RAM sticks in different configurations
Booting without any peripherals plugged in except for the USB drive with the install
Assuming everything up till the attempt at installing Windows works fine, I assume a hardware issue can be ruled out? Not sure what else to try though, so I highly appreciate any help and ideas.

You got your RAM sticks pushed in all the way?

Yup, all the way in till they clicked.

At what point of the install are you getting the error message?

Hey I just wanted to let you know that I resolved it, ended up working with a W11 LTSC install instead of a W10 LTSC one, without any issues.
Cheers for your responses either way!

Not a message per say, it's the error code displayed on my motherboard's debug LED screen. And they start being displayed once I get past the standard bios screen into the very first step of the windows install setup, the loading screen essentially. And that's where it gets stuck.
It's this https://tenor.com/view/loading-windows-gif-19909183
Full black screen, loading forever. Kept it on that screen for a good hour or so just to make sure.

I think error 53 or 54 generally indicates memory issues. Have tried booting with just one stick of RAM? Or have another known good RAM stick you can try?
