Visa + Residency (Canada, Portugal, US)

Hi ! I’ve been traveling for a year jumping from place to place and ready to settle down a bit. I am a US citizen interested in both Canada and Lisbon. I am looking into the Canadian Express Entry residency application and the Portugal D8 Visa. I can’t find any information on these particular two visas. The ultimate goal is to hold residency/citizenship in Canada, Portugal, and Canada.

Is this realistic or allowed ?

You really can’t find any information on these two very common visas? Is google not accessible to you?

Being able to research basic things is one of the most important skills to have when contemplating moving countries.

I have information on them but not if I can have both at the same time. Your comment wasn’t helpful not sure why you wasted time writing it.
