Upgraded a friends pc. He had a old hdd with the os on it. I had to activate CMS for it to boot successfully. I then powered the system down to set the ram to 3200. It didnt boot after that and showed: reboot and select proper boot device...
After pressing a button a few times it showed the same message but cut off It said: Reboot and select pro Then cut off and when i pressed a button nothing happened
After i reset the bios the same thing happened Please help I am at the end of my wits

Make sure you properly reset the bios cmos. The PSU needs to be unplugged or off for the reset to work on most boards. Then you either move the jumper or pull out the battery for a few minutes to be safe.
See if you can at least boot into the bios again.
