First pc build after a decade

Hey guys,
I'm planning on buying a new pc this month.
I have an IT background and loved to pick up some (old) parts and stick them together as a child/teenager.
And I'm amazed how the world of pc building changed.. so many parts to choose from!
The build I'm planning to buy is this one: https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/QrJXsp
My current build:
- i5-4460
- 20GB DDR3
- Radeon RX 480
- Some Lenovo Motherboard
Coming from this old hag I thought I don't need the latest hardware.
Anything would be a 10000% Upgrade :D
My only requirement is that I would love to watch 4k youtube-/videos without any buffering issues.
Gaming ( I would love to play BG3, currently rocking Overwatch2 at lowest settings) would be awesome with 1440p.
Is my planned build good enough or is there any improvement I could use?
I don't have any experience with the current hardware but I would love to spare some money to buy a decent monitor for this build + headset.
I additionally would be ok to upgrade CPU/GPU in the next 3-5 years
Thanks for any advice :)

Depending on local prices i’d try to make an AM5 system, prefferably with the 7800X3D processor.
And wait for black friday, or the week leading up to it. Start checking prices now and you can start to form an idea of what are good deals and what is not.
Last year i built a system with 7800x3d and 7900xtx at black friday and since then it has not been possible to build the same system for a lower price.

Oh nice, thank you for your feedback!
I will look into a 7800x3d and keep my eyes open during black friday
Feels a little bit like christmas now, thanks for that @fidde2 :D
