New Build (my second pc, 1st one built in 2018)

Built my first pc back in October of 2018. I'm currently in a masters program and my PC is long overdue to be replaced, as a result of little time I'm considering doing an NZXT customized gaming pc. I currently have a build drafted;
Initially my desired chipset was Intel but i've heard the newer gen have problems. I ultimately want whichever chipset will bring the least problems down the line.
My pc part picker list is listed below, Could someone help me review the build before I go through with buying, with respect to performance or any compatibility issues that someone more experienced may know?

do you really want a liquid cooler with a temp display over the Ti Super or a 7900xt?
Maybe wait on more 9800x3D info or a price drop on the 7800x3D.

Is the liquid cooler doing too much? I should preface that I'm really busy and was going to do an NZXT custom build and it was one of the options (which are limited). If there are more options on people who can build a custom build for one I'm all ears.

more than necessary. temp LED is basically bling that might occasionally be useful.
I'd prefer 100+ fps over pretty lights.

any recommendations ?

ThermalRight Phantom Spirit, maybe Scythe Fuma3, DeepCool Ak620 is also probably good depending on price.
