Foreflight Synth vision user waypoints w/ altitudes

Hello Reddit,
I had a quick question about synthetic vision on foreflight.
Is it possible to add custom user waypoints with altitudes that can be seen on syth vision? I just upgraded and all I can see is airports. Can I add my own waypoints with altitudes? Such as waypoints to aid a in a CDA (not as primary of course just as a secondary reference)
Thanks

Synthetic vision shows detailed 3D terrain, obstacles, ADS-B traffic and runways for situational awareness and emergency/backup situations only.
It shouldn’t be used nor is it approved for anything else. Waypoints don’t show up.
There’s much better ways to plan a continuous descent such as the 3:1 and the 60:1 method

That's the opposite of helpful info, I fly VFR at legal mins on floats, having synth vision and user waypoints would be a lot safer than some of the stuff I have seen. I don't have an ils to follow or a CDA on a published approach. I mentioned it as a way to describe my predicament in a way most pilots would understand. Way points would make my life a lot easier.

You don’t understand what synthetic vision is for. It is not for navigation in any sense.
You absolutely cannot fly any type of approach with it. It is not certified for anything, even VFR. It’s a holy shit I’m in the soup and lost 100% of my avionics thing.
Constant descents do not need waypoints. Never have, never will. I fly jets and mostly IFR, we use the 3:1 rule man. Modified slightly because of speed and altitudes. Works every time.
ForeFlight doesn’t allow you to add waypoints because that is not and never will be the use case for synthetic vision.
