Hello all. I am trying to help someone who is trying to install/configure Python to created Simplified TS files that will be submitted to the U.S. Food & Drug Administration as part of a pharmaceutical submission.
Are there people in this forum familiar with the installation/configuration listed in this document (https://www.fda.gov/media/132457/download) who might be able to lend a hand please?

Former biomedical engineer turned software consultant. I have a script lying around on my computer for doing this in both R and Python.
Contact me with your requirements, I can either give you the script to do it yourself, or I can process the files for you, but your org will need to be willing to sign a HIPAA compliance agreement with my LLC if your study data contains PHI.

Out of work biotech scientist here. I'm quite familiar with Python and, having reviewed the linked PDF, looks quite straightforward. I'd be happy to consult for your company on this. I'm based in the SF Bay Area.

Ask your actual question instead, it tends to help way more.
