Specialized deep cleaning and organizing for elderly - looking for recommendations

I will absolutely employ the power of an internet search in addition to this post….
I wanted to see if anyone has any experience with someone who specializes in helping the elderly clean, declutter and organize (including some hoarding tendencies) prior to downsizing.
We have an elderly aunt who wishes to remain at home, and we want to be able to allow her to do that, but we have to address the home situation. She has been hoarding things for years, and the home needs a deep clean so we can have it orderly and clean enough for a home health care specialist to begin working with her. The home health specialist will do LIGHT cleaning, but the home is in quite a state and we don’t want them to have to start in the chaos.
I know I’ve seen flyers and cards before for someone who specialized in decluttering and cleaning for the elderly (mostly to move to smaller spaces or assisted care). Part of the service is just helping them let go of things. But I didn’t need the service at the time and didn’t save the card.
I’ve already done this (deep clean, getting rid of excess things ahead of downsizing and then the actual move) for my parents this year and I don’t have the capacity to do it again. It’s super intense to go through every single thing they own and try to get them to let go of what they realistically don’t need. It’s also very emotional; it’s hard to hear that most of your belongings are unnecessary and your family doesn’t want them. The very act brings focus to the fact that they will not be around forever.
I’m looking for someone who has experience with this specific task, and is patient and understanding. Thanks so much for any information y’all have.

I used Dependable Packers and was very impressed. They worked quickly and were caring working with my mother. The boxes for the mover were well organized, labeled and carefully.
This situation is usually extremely stressful for everyone. I highly encourage paying for help when possible.

Had a similar situation end of last year when my grandmother passed. Initially we just wanted their house cleaned and organize my grandmothers belongings as it was too emotional for us.
We ended up going with Pedu residential through word of mouth before they had a website. Excellent rates, and small enough to deal with the owners directly.
