Finding a job in Denmark

Hey!
I’ve been applying through Linkedin and workindenmark for quite a while ( some months ) and I didn’t even get an interview.
-EU citizen
-2 universities ( economics and law; bachelor and master’s degree)
-5 years of work experience, currently working in Big4
-I’ve been learning Danish for 3 years, but I’m not that good at speaking
-fluent in English
-polished my CV
What else should I try? I also tried to find a local recruiting agency, that can guide me to some jobs.
Thanks!

Denmark has a highly saturated market for professionals, so with you „not even“ having a Danish address the companies are probably getting enough applications already. Try and make connections and check for possibilities with them!

Internal move within your company. It's big4 for a reason they are everywhere.

Get better at speaking Danish. Get it certified.

I would say you need a local address and phone number for employers to take you seriously. Even then, it could be difficult since there are a limited number of English speaking jobs

You work at a Big4 and you can’t figure this out?
