Looking to finally build a new pc after having an i5/2070 build since 2018. As a result, looking to go all out and not worry about upgrades for the next 5+ years.

A few questions. Should I wait the 2+ months for 5090 and is it even realistic to assume I could get my hands on one around launch? After further research I learned that fractal torrent is not optimal for having an AIO as the psu location gets in the way of topside fans in the unit -- what are some alternatives to have good airflow for the gpu and still have AIO cooling on cpu? Lastly, any blaring issues with compatibility or tips for further future proofing?

Also what are the most reliable ways to quickly snag new drops? Mainly looking to get 9800x3d tomorrow and possibly 5090 if I decide to go that route.
