Same reason it's tough to rob the same bank twice. While you may get away with it the first time, there will be clues as to your methods and identity, and the watchmen will be on the lookout for that in the future.

I don't affirmatively believe that there was massive, widespread voter fraud in 2020. But the manner in which we conducted that election was certainly not secure, and we should definitely enhance the integrity of our elections going forward.
