Problems with shifting after clutch replacement?

Good morning, everyone! I recently took my 2007 Saab 9-3 2.8 Turbo to a mechanic to get the clutch replaced. They replaced the clutch disc, pressure plate, release bearing, slave cylinder, and resurfaced the flywheel after I burnt my old clutch out. After it was finished, I have been experiencing problems shifting into the gears after stopping for longer than 5-10 seconds. The car shifts fine while it is turned off and while constantly shifting but once I go to a red light and throw it into neutral to wait, putting it in 1st is impossible. The only work around I’ve found is shifting into 3rd then 1st but sometimes even 3rd is closed up so I just have to go up to the 6th gear. I’ve had the mechanic I took the car to bleed the hydraulic system, no help. Does anyone know what’s going on?
