That's guns.com.

They're an aggregator of various FFLs. So if one FFL wants to sell the Scar 17s for cheap, once that FFL is sold out the only remaining inventory comes from other FFLs with a higher price.

And then people think they manually bumped the price and get upset.

Always go by MPN/UPC. Photos are wrong pretty frequently with a lot of online retailers (to the point where they've added fine print disclaimers about it). A stronger case can be made when the MPN/UPC is wrong if you ever need to dispute something.
