Front Panel Header Connection Question

Hi, I'm putting together my first build, and in particular have a question about the front panel header connections to the motherboard. The case includes an ARGB controller, to which the Reset SW +- are already connected to, with Power LED +-, HDD LED +-, and Power sw +- still free to connect. The ARGB controller has a cable labeled PWM and an unlabeled cable (which looks superficially identical to the LED input connectors for the case fans; presumably to bridge to another controller if needed?). The case's manual only notes how to mount the controller to the case, with no notes about the cables or connections themselves.
Do I need to do anything to connect the Reset SW +- cables back into the motherboard?
Is the ARGB controller's PWM cable for connecting to the power supply?
I appreciate any help, answers, or explanations you can offer, thanks!

I've found the case's manual online, and it looks like the included controller is mostly just a splitter, to connect up all the fans together. Pretty sure it'll be fine to plug the fans in and leave the ARGB connections unconnected and run it that way until I get an actual controller for them.
