What are you hoping Santa will bring you this year?

Not long to go now until the shops are packed out on Christmas Eve with everyone leaving their Christmas shopping til the last minute! What are you hoping to find under your tree on Christmas Day this year? Personally I'm just hoping for some new clothes.
Weak_Life7907@reddit
Health and happiness for me and my family.
Failing that, a topless swedish model.

Keeping some realistic expectations I see

like a Volvo?
JourneyThiefer@reddit
£10 million pounds, a mansion, a new car, a holiday every month and a full wardrobe of new clothes. Don’t think I’ll get it though :(
Llancymru@reddit
Holiday every month? Honestly I think I’d get tired of that pretty quick. Maybe one good one in 3 months
JourneyThiefer@reddit
Nope I love a holiday lol
cloumorgan@reddit (OP)
You might if you've been good!
Icy_Preparation6792@reddit
Monkey pox vaccine, 200 Silk Cut, and a bottle of Irish Creme
Nebulousdbc@reddit
Monkey pox vaccine? Eh?
Mongoose-Relevant@reddit
Silk Cut of all cigs? Might as well not smoke
Icy_Preparation6792@reddit
I'm 86, I've always smoked Silk Cut.

I bake homemade bread as a tasty hobby & would like some special flour made from Ancient Grains to try in my baking. Ancient Grains are the original wheat plants that were grown before the modern day wheat strains that are now used in commercial agricultural practice.
WelshhTooky@reddit
Not much really.
A new house. A Ferrari. A plot of land. Private jet.
Llancymru@reddit
Better ask for some cash to go with it or you’ll be selling at least one of those to pay expenses for the others. Private jet will cost you mega just in running costs
AxisOfAverage@reddit
I'm pretty easy to shop for. I don't want a lot.
Mother-in-Law will get me a book token and probably a record token.
Mrs AoA will by me a couple of bits and some sort of gift experience for something I've shown an interest in (was a capybara experience last year which was pretty fantastic.)
In truth I'm not that materialistic, so as long as I can spend time with my family I'll be happy.
Impetuous_doormouse@reddit
I'd really like the new Lego Horizon Zero Dawn game and maybe some woolly sox. A new balaclava to go under my crash helmet would be nice, too.
Public-Entrance8816@reddit
If he could get rid of some stuff and have a bit of a tidy round, I'd actually quite like that.

Some peace, quiet and rest.
cbaotl@reddit
The perfect gift would be if my flights were cancelled last minute and me and my partner could have a cosy Christmas hidden away in our house
LittleSadRufus@reddit
Believe in this dream. It happened to me last year and it was one of our favourite Christmases together.
cloumorgan@reddit (OP)
Where are you going?
cbaotl@reddit
To visit my family lol
cloumorgan@reddit (OP)
Ah, I kinda know that feeling haha.
Agreeable_Fig_3713@reddit
Another baby
Mongoose-Relevant@reddit
Serotonin would be cool
Equivalent_Ask_1416@reddit
A girlfriend and some newborn babies would be nice.

Aw, sorry for whatever happened to you.

Involuntary redundancy. I was on my probation so only had 7 days notice period.
Second redundancy this year! It sucks so much. 😔

A peaceful day. I'll take a few hours of fishing and then a beer with the other half when she's done with her family festivities over anything.

Financial stability.
Peace.
Stability to be able to continue helping others.

I wonder. How many people are actually going to go out and shop in the high street. In the area I live I've seen a rise in people going out and shopping in local shop but in other places like Birmingham I've heard that the shops are basically empty and people just buy things online. I think it's different in my area cos they paved all the roads and made the entire town square walkable. Even so the amount of local shops are basically none and its all big franchises. Anyone else seeing something similar where you live.

Reasonable. I on the other hand want the A Frame Log Cabin or the Tree House. Aiming high.
TartanElmer@reddit
No Santa of sorts in my life, so I buy myself something each year. This year, it is a cute scarf. Yes, it'll go under my tree.
