Caleb is great, he definitely made me more conscious of my purchasing decisions. If OP spent 40-45 dollars at the store they could have this same meal for the whole week. Definitely call doordash/uber support. If you do it on the app they will try to skimp you. Let them know the whole item was fucked up because it was. You could probably get a full refund and it won’t fuck over the driver because the driver can’t open the package to check.

That's weird, because for me Wendy's has always been the most accurate fast food place. The only time they ever got my order wrong was with a new person who was still in training. And I've had this good experience with multiple Wendy'ses using both the drive-thru and counter.

Don't forget fried chicken places, they love delivering and all they have to do is count a few different types of chicken, fries, rolls, easy stuff.

I've rarely ever had an order wrong from a chicken joint.

I'm lucky I do have one. 3 actually but 1 Is my favorite. It takes like 20 minutes on hold to get someone on the phone, but start your timer when you hang up and the dude is at the door in 12-15 minutes with the tray of chicken and stuff like, "Take it! Come on!"

I wait out front and throw a cash tip his way and jets out. Every time.

It's not monster breaded chicken either, they do a good dry seasoning with some flour but it's not batter so you can even reheat stuff later and it tastes great.

Plus they use a separate fryer for their seafood, I appreciate that.

That’s awesome though haha I wish any of the places near me had that delivery guy. I’ve been eating takeout fried chicken for the last 2 weeks (including right now) because I’m broke and one of my grocery stores that does decent fried chicken has a really good deal on it, and I can’t cook cuz I can’t pay my gas bill, so I’m an expert on the reheat too— Toaster oven or air fryer if you have one, and a microwave first step (low power to heat it through) to save time before the crisping step, and you can have it basically taste fresh out of the fryer 👍

(I know this all sounds like sacrilege to any chicken connoisseurs like yourself 😬 but I do it with the really good chicken too sometimes, even straight from delivery if it’s lost it’s crisp, and it works amazingly well. Don’t knock it til ya try it)

Some dude was cooking his steaks in the microwave earlier and I was all into it. People are insulting him and he had 4 feet of snow outside and no stove so WTF people, let's get thus dude's steak done with what we got!

Microwaves were an INSANE invention when they came out and there are awesome recipes for every type of food out there if you just look for old cookbook recipes.

I don't have an air fryer yet. I did have a convection microwave but it broke now I have another Toshiba but no convection heater element and fan.
