I find it really weird when conservatives celebrate that "See, even this minority agrees with us", as if their opinion matters any more than that of any other person.

Plus, it's not really surprising to be honest. Your average black person is probably much more conservative than your average white person when it comes to stuff like abortion or gay rights. Black and white lower working class people don't really relate to Democrats' identity politics and they generally perceive them as being for upper middle class people who've gone through college (not saying what is true and what isn't here, just saying how they're generally perceived). Democrats DO however successfully sell themselves as having a much friendlier stance towards black people but apart from that, black people are generally conservative.
