Help pc going random restart

For many months my computer has been randomly rebooting. It all started since I changed motherboard with cpu and ram. The build consisted of:
CPU: Intel Core i5-14600KF
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1070-Ti
SSD: WD Black SN750 SE NVMe PCIe M.2
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 6000 C36 2x16GB (CMK32GX5M2B6000C36)
MBD: Asus ROG STRIX B660-A GAMING WIFI
Reboots would randomly occur with black screen (no blue screen) after even several hours, both in idle and gaming. Sometimes it would go into bootloop and sometimes it would also happen as soon as I entered the BIOS.
In the event viewer : event ID 41, System restart without a regular shutdown. This error may be caused by an unexpected system interruption, crash, or power failure.
Troubleshooting attemps:
- Changed PSU from a corsair 750 to an nzxt 850
- Updated drivers, windows, BIOS (Version 3601)
- Thought it might be Intel's 14th, did RMA
- Tested ram with Windows Memory Diagnostic no problem, tested ram individually with and without XMP
Would anyone be able to help me?

Are you doing anything specific when it reboots? Is it rebooting under load only, or does it also reboot at idle?
Make absolutely sure you have the latest bios. Even a month or two outdated could make a difference.
Try a different ram stability test: https://hcidesign.com/memtest/download.html run it for at least 20 minutes, the longer, the better.
Install HWINFO and monitor CPU and GPU temps, especially under load. Also use it to check the SMART status of your SSD to make sure it's not failing.
Check and repair windows files: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-use-dism-command-line-utility-repair-windows-10-image

After 1 hour and half of memtest86: 0 errors
It went black screen and rebooted, after 1 minute in idle rebooted again and little bit laggy at the start.
i don't know what to do. The only thing i can think could be is the motheboard

Try all the things I suggested, if they don't help, RMA the motherboard. It may also be worth trying a new completely different set of memory first.

I have tried them all, now I have formatted the pc and if it still does it I will RMA the motherboard. Thank you very much anyway
tybuzz@reddit
Motherboard would be most likely cause then if you know the memory, cpu, and psu are good.

I ran the memtest for 1 hour and gave no errors
DISM and SFC commands found no problems in windows files

It also happens in idle.
The bios installed is the latest one (from 4 days ago)
Ok thanks i will try to run the ram stabilty test.
I downloaded HWINFO and recorded the parameters for hours in idle until it rebooted. The last temperature value was: CPU 30 °C , GPU 54.3 °C
I will also try to repair the windows files.

Could be because of the motherboard change maybe? Windows on your ssd is ,,linked,, to your mobo and when you change mobo, it is recommend to do a fresh installation
matt_1333@reddit (OP)
In fact, before the mobo change there was windows 10 on a sata ssd then with the mobo change I put windows 11 on a nvme ssd. Would trying to restore the PC to factory settings from windows solve the problem?
GonstroCZ@reddit
So you started with fresh win?
matt_1333@reddit (OP)
Yes it was a fresh installation. Would trying to restore the PC to factory settings from windows solve the problem?
GonstroCZ@reddit
Idk
matt_1333@reddit (OP)
I don't know because I didn't do it, is there any way to figure it out from windows?
matt_1333@reddit (OP)
from what I see from the pc it appears to be a fresh installation
zh4mst3rz@reddit
have you try running RAM at lower speed? Or turn off boost
matt_1333@reddit (OP)
I have tried disabling THE XMP (down to 4800MHz) but it still happens.
