DALLAS COUNTY EARLY VOTING IS OPEN UNTIL 9 PM ON 10/31 and 11/1

Dallas county early voting is open until 9 pm on 10/31 and 11/1, despite what the Google Voting AI "helper" may tell you. Question. My friend wants to know if it’s too late to update her address? Her id and voter registration address don’t match anymore. I’m trying to help her find info but I’m lost too.
