I don't put Frank's hot sauce on my food, I dunk my food in Frank's hot sauce. Luckily there has never been a hot sauce shortage that I can think of, so I think we're safe. Spicy fingers crossed.

My only critique is if those are cooked onions (can't fully tell with all the apparent moistness going on) I would recommend going full raw. Raw packs more bite and I personally enjoy the texture over slimy cooked onions, but I do like caramelized onions sometimes. Anyway I'll shut up. I'd eat it anyway

I see what you are saying about the onions, but that is neither here nor there when compared with the coagulation and high sog factor. I'm not sure if that cheese melted on there or what is going on, but the entire thing needs reworking.

Back to the drawing board on this one. Mistakes are part of the process.

Ok I love spam because I grew up eating it like every Pacific Islander but holy crap it takes less than 10 minutes to fry the whole can. Just put the pan on high and flip it when the edges start to turn transparent or thin. 😭🙏

I'm a vegetarian for preference now, but I remember LOVING spam before. This doesn't look bad, I've definitely had worse. Spam and onion sounds really good to me!
